Bookings for the European TR Meeting Belgium 2026 will open on Sunday 11 January 2026 at 08:00 CET / 07:00 GMT

How to book your place for the European TR Meeting Belgium 2026

  1. Before bookings open, please review all of the options available for you. This is important so you can complete your booking in one smooth operation. Any subsequent amendments generate a high workload for the organising team.

  2. Select your attendance for the 3 nights weekend meeting then add it to your shopping basket. This will appear in your shopping basket with a cost of 300 EUR as this is the deposit only at this stage.

  3. Select all other options you wish to book including participation in the 1 night pre-weekend, participation in the 3 nights after-week, reservation of your Euromeet Polo, then add them to the shopping basket.

  4. Once ALL the options you wish to book have been added to the shopping basket, proceed to checkout.

  5. Double check to ensure that you have selected all the options that you would like to book. If in doubt, select the continue shopping button.

  6. At the checkout you will be asked to complete a form to provide the organisers with the necessary information for the event to take place. A non-refundable deposit of 300 EUR is payable on completion of the booking. This is paid by a credit or debit card.

  7. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking as a receipt for your 300 EUR deposit.

  8. After bookings close on 28 February, you will be contacted by your European Coordinator with details on how to pay the balance payment in your local currency. Please pay this as soon as possible.

Please note that if you have forgotten to add an option, any later additional booking is only possible with an additional non-refundable deposit as this generates a high workload for the organising team.
