The 4 night tour will be held on Tuesday 9 September to Saturday 13 September with 2 nights in Würzburg and 2 nights in Sinsheim. The tour is limited to 70 teams.

The tour starts when you leave the weekend hotel and take the 200km scenic drive to Würzburg. Lunch is arranged en-route at Kloster Maria Bildhausen, a monastery inn dating from 1899.

The scenic drive continues until you reach the Hotel Maritim Würzburg, where the underground car park is reserved for your TR.

Having checked into your room for 2 nights there will time for refreshments before taking a shuttle to the Nikolaushof restaurant overlooking Würzburg for dinner.

Wednesday 10 September is a day of rest for your TR, it can stay in the underground car park whilst you explore Würzburg. There is a choice of activities:

Take an optional guided tour of the old town. There is a charge of €10 per person.

Take an optional boat trip to Veitshöchheim for a guided tour of the Rococo castle and gardens. There is a charge of €23 per person

If you wish to take either of the optional tours, please book them at the time of booking your place on the weekend and tour. Please note bookings for the guided tours are per person. For example if two people wish to take a tour then please add two tours to your booking.

Everyone can visit the Residence Würzburg with the world’s largest ceiling fresco over a staircase on the way to a wine tasting in the evening.

On Thursday 11 September we take another 200km scenic drive towards Sinsheim, crossing an old wooden bridge. We will stop for lunch in the Götzenburg Knights Hall at Jagsthausen.

We arrive in Sinsheim to check into the Hotel Sinsheim for 2 nights. Parking has been arranged for your TR in the museum car park, a short walk away. We will return to the museum in the evening for a barbeque dinner.

Friday 12 September can be a day of rest for your TR if you wish to spend the day at the Technik Museum. Alternatively, the roads of Odenwald await your TR.

We will come together for a farewell dinner with an aperitif in the museum and dinner in the event hall.

Sadly, the tour finishes after breakfast on Saturday 13 September as you bid farewell to new and old friends alike.

However, we will see each other again in Belgium in 2026.
